Demand Generation Marketer

Full-time – Remote

We are actively assisting in the strategy and growth of new product startups and work shoulder-to-shoulder with early-stage founders to help them succeed. 

The Demand Generation Marketer role is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves to market our productized services and help our startup clients at the same time. We’re looking for an ambitious marketer who optimizes for action and moves quickly to run thoughtful experiments that uncover winning positioning and channel strategies. You will have the opportunity to drive demand generation, make decisions independently, and work closely with the founders of Flexum and our clients. We’re looking for someone with a solid demand generation background, who wants to grow quickly, is intrinsically motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity. 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the founders and contribute to high-level marketing strategy and positioning via regular strategic reviews.

  • Create and iterate digital acquisition campaigns targeting specific accounts/industries (ABM) as well as product-led signals. 

  • Run rapid experiments to discover winning channels and campaigns across online, offline or even local channels. 

  • Define KPI’s and monitor and report on results across all owned channels.

  • Own new channel testing to optimize campaigns to meet performance goals.

  • Scale successful campaigns to support multi-channel, multi-touch experiences. 

  • Work closely with the founders and sales team to optimize lead management via regular pipeline reviews.

  • Be ready to roll up your sleeves and flex your own creative muscles to create winning campaign concepts. 

  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop winning collateral and campaign creative. 

  • Err on the side of being entrepreneurial in everything you do. This is an early-stage opportunity to grow rapidly within a culture that genuinely values action, creativity and ingenuity. 

Requirements 

  • 2-4 years of experience and a track record of success in demand generation marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with key online channels including search, social and various other paid media.  

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms to optimize conversion throughout the lead lifecycle. 

  • Strong analytical and reporting capability for campaign performance and spend management.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different teams. 

  • Experience marketing productized services or SaaS is a plus. 

  • As mentioned above, be entrepreneurial and a self-starter with a strong bias towards action.
