Delivery Manager

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the delivery process, ensuring high-quality and timely results across multiple projects.
• Manage project planning, tracking, and delivery while building strong client relationships.
• Lead and mentor teams, including hiring, growth, and promotions.
• Coordinate technical leadership and support for pre-sales activities.
• Lead and manage your own projects as a Project Manager, ensuring goals are met and risks are managed effectively.
• Ensure clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges and proactively manage risks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing software projects and teams of at least 2-3 members.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Proficient English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Analytical thinking and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with project planning, roadmaps, and requirements gathering.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Git, Figma, and other development or design software.
• Excellent self-management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex challenges, such as architecture design issues or shifting requirements.
• Passion for digital products and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
