We’re looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer (Part-Time) to join our team at Flexum. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across websites, social media, blogs, and other digital channels. Flexum is a team of experienced engineers specializing in advanced content editing functionality for modern SaaS products. We help clients build structured, collaborative, and deeply integrated editing experiences—often far beyond what off-the-shelf solutions can provide.

Our work includes:

  • Custom implementations using Tiptap, CKEditor, and ProseMirror
  • Real-time collaboration with Y.js and WebSocket-based infrastructure
  • AI-powered editing tools integrated into domain-specific workflows

We support clients across industries—from legal tech and compliance documentation to internal wikis and reporting tools—helping them build next-generation editing experiences directly into their products.

Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at Flexum, you will:

  • Design new static pages, sections, and visuals for websites (Flexum and client sites), following brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Create visual content for blog posts, social media, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare brand-aligned assets such as banners, illustrations, presentation graphics, and PDF layouts
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure that web visuals are delivered in the correct formats and resolutions
  • Support our internal and client-facing teams with ad-hoc design needs
  • Maintain consistency in visual language across all materials

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design (digital-first)
  • A strong portfolio with a focus on website and landing page design
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography
  • Ability to manage your own time and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Light animation or motion graphics skills is a plus
